Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Atlanta, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Georgia run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11:30 amβ2:30 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Blue India at (404) 963-5775; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is blueindiaatlanta.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
With 4.1 out of 5 on Google from 1,607 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for indian restaurants in Atlanta. Recent reviews are the best guide.
Atlanta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Traffic in Atlanta peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

tried their saffron butter chicken, paneer saag, naan, paratha, an papdi chaat! their saffron butter chicken was creamy and unique, you could rlly taste the saffron. sadly papdi chaat was a dissappointmet, there was very little chutney and mix ins that it was basically just a layer of dry papdiβs at the bottom. malabar paratha looked good but a bit too oily for my liking overall, would return because the service was nice and I liked the two main dishes, but wouldnβt order the chaat again

Dining at Blue India in Atlanta was a wonderful experience, especially when youβre craving authentic Indian flavors while in the United States. From the moment we walked in, the aroma of traditional spices instantly reminded us of home. The ambiance was warm and inviting, blending modern style with subtle Indian touches. What truly stood out was the food. The menu offered a wide variety of classic Indian dishes β from rich, creamy curries to flavorful biryanis and freshly baked naan. Every dish carried that genuine Indian taste, perfectly balanced with spices and seasoning. It didnβt feel like a toned-down version made for a different audience; it felt real and authentic. My son and his friends absolutely loved the experience. For them, enjoying food in the U.S. with an Indian touch was something special. The familiar flavors, combined with high-quality ingredients, made every bite enjoyable. They especially appreciated how the dishes maintained traditional taste while still feeling fresh and modern. Finding truly authentic Indian cuisine outside India can sometimes be challenging, but Blue India delivered beautifully. Itβs a unique spot in Atlanta where you can experience the c

Blue India is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out β our server was fantastic, taking the time to explain each dish and clearly break down the spice levels, which made ordering easy and enjoyable. As someone from the UK who truly loves a proper curry, I can honestly say this place delivers the real deal. Since moving to the US, it hasnβt always been easy to find Indian food that tastes authentic and full of depth, but Blue India absolutely nailed it. The flavours were rich, well-balanced, and exactly what Iβve been missing β not watered down, just genuinely traditional and comforting. If youβre craving authentic Indian cuisine with knowledgeable, friendly service, this is the place. Iβm genuinely so happy to have found a spot that reminds me of the food I love back home. Highly recommend β Iβll definitely be back. ππ¬π§

Iβve tried many of the places in Atlanta for Indian food, this unfortunately falls right down to the level of Tabla for me. In terms of space, the restaurant gave a cramped feeling. Also when I walked in there was lots of smoke in the room. It wasnβt a vapor, it was definitely a smoke. Probably from the various tikka dishes they offer. The issue with the smoke was that it wasnβt momentary, itβs a lingering issue with the entire dining process. It made my wifeβs eyes sting the entire night, as well as us hearing other patrons complain to the waitstaff about the same thing. As far as the food goes, the biryani was very bland, and I needed salt, which took almost 7-8 minutes to arrive (not sure why they donβt keep at the table like typical restaurants). The only reason that the food isnβt getting a 2 is because the paneer appetizers were actually nice, but having the entree fall below expectations was disappointing. The biryani is 25$ and cocktails are almost 16$ each. The price is a robbery almost for the quality. The price makes the food seem upscale, without having the food taste that way. Also, they are unable to accommodate guests of large parties. While charging an automati

Exellent delicious food! First time having lamb Rogan Josh. I've always had goat. Very tender and tasty. Very mild. Ask to add heat. Service was very good and the waiter was a lot of fun! I'm from out of town but plan on dropping in one more time this week.
